PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI), a subsidiary of Eurokars Group, commemorated its first anniversary on 1 February 2018 with a double celebration which included a Ground-breaking Ceremony for its dedicated headquarters and the new flagship showroom for Mazda at Simprug, Southern Jakarta, as well as the much-anticipated commencement of the sale of the All-New Mazda CX-9 which was held at The Westin Jakarta.

Looking beyond its anniversary, Eurokars Group is already casting its sights on the future of Mazda’s expansion in Indonesia by building a new flagship showroom and the first-ever PT EMI headquarters.

Strategically located in Simprug, Southern Jakarta, in the heart of an automotive precinct that is known for having a constellation of premium automotive brands, the future Mazda flagship showroom and PT EMI headquarters is scheduled for completion in July 2019 and envisaged to be fully operational by the second half of 2019.

The integrated facility will be constructed on a 2,645 square-meter area with a built-up area of 7,070 square meters. It can display up to 12 cars in the showroom, with eight fully equipped work bays and a quick service bay for servicing and repair. The facility will appeal to the senses and cater to the needs of Mazda customers with a spacious and relaxing customer service lounge that will offer free Wi-Fi, snacks and beverages, a charging booth and even a massage chair.

The future Mazda flagship showroom will be the first in Indonesia to fully implement the 3S Concept of Sales, Services and Spare Parts, and showcase interior design that is in sync with new Corporate Identity from Mazda Motor Corporation in Japan.

The facility aims to provide discerning Mazda customers with best-in-class service and an enhanced sales and after-sales experience with its proficient service technicians and knowledgeable sales consultants, and modern and state-of-the-art facilities. As the showroom, customer service lounge, workshop and delivery bay areas are all located within the same building, it can provide a one-stop experience for customers as they do not need to visit other locations for respective services. Furthermore, prospective customers can view and interact with Mazda’s latest model line-up in one platform.

As Mazda continues to bring in more cutting-edge and technologically superior products, Eurokars Group will continue to upgrade and expand our current infrastructure to be in sync with the product advancements.
